Regatta | Waterloo Portrait Studio

We did pretty good at the regatta.  We won our heat and made it to the finals where we finished third!! I was impressed with how well we did.  All the teams raised over $7000.00 for Heart and Stroke.

Here are a few images of the other teams rowing.

Row Row | Waterloo Portrait Studio

Back in late January of this year, Tina found out that her mother had a hole in her heart and would have to undergo surgery in Toronto to have it repaired. Her family was relieved to have had it fixed last week and are looking forward to her speedy recovery. Tina wants to extend a big thank you for your patience over the last couple of months and for your continued support.

As a result of this, Tina is participating in a fundraiser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. She is learning how to row with a couple of friends. Thus far it has been quite the adventure of rowing as a team of 8 and steering around Guelph Lake. We will try to post some pictures soon as it has been quite the adventure.
